Mann River

From the farm we headed towards the coast... it was time for some warmer weather! We made a two night stop at a little nature reserve on the Mann River, just outside Glenn Innes on the Old Grafton Road. It was a great spot, the river was beautiful with lots of big boulders to rock hop on. Falling asleep to the sound of the river was just lovely! The kids found a hide out on an island in the middle of the river. We hardly saw them during daylight hours, but unfortunately they paid with sand fly bites all over them... the joys of the outdoors!
